There's plenty of tobacco in Cuba in case the two sides ever decide to light up the peace pipe
Not everyone agrees with sending Michelle Obama to Cuba. And some of those folks signing the White House petition say they're against it. I think it's great that there's a debate over the issue. And so keep the signatures coming whether you agree with the idea or not.

I do not think either of the Obamas should travel to Cuba or spend a lot of capital on changing the realtionship with Cuba and the U.S. until President Obama is elected to a second term.
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of people working for president Obama's downfall and this would just light a fire under the feet of even more people who would work for his defeat in 2012.
The danger is that we would have the same people in charge as during W's administration and this would be worse for a lot more reasons than just Cuba.
